I reached out to Principal Roofing because a piece of vinyl siding had gotten damaged during a snowstorm leaving a side of my house exposed to the elements. Within two hours Sara reached out to me and explained next steps. I was given two options and decided to replace the single damaged panel as this was the most cost effective. Her estimate was competitive and reasonable.

Within two days of our conversation, Sara’s team showed up and replaced the damaged siding. In fact, I was not even aware that her team was outside doing the work so it was a pleasant surprise when she called me in the morning to say that the job was done.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and work done. Everything looks professional, and the color of the new siding blends in well with the rest of the home.

I had a really good experience dealing with Amanda and Sara at Principal Roofing. They provided a detailed quote and gave me choices of products to use. This is helpful when looking at cost as a factor for using a roofing company. They took the time to come out and take pictures of my roof to show the damage. They had the job complete within a few days of the quote. The roofers were quick and courteous and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They provided a variety of payment options and follow-up emails with warranties for the shingles and labour. This was top notch work done over a year ago. I can now attest to the fact that with the 25 year Hurricane rated resistant shingles , they haven’t budged even with the high winds southern Ontario experienced this past summer.

They also added eavestrough leaf stoppers so don’t get any more blockage in heavy rain which just permits the rain to enter eaves. I’ve used 2 other companies in past 30 years but these folks did the most satisfactory work. Hard to find dedicated workers like this nowadays.

This! THIS is how a company should run itself. We could not be more happy with the whole process from start to finish. The communication was great, the guys that worked on the house were awesome and very nice too. I would not hesitate to recommend Principal Roofing, it’s just a shame that most companies don’t provide anywhere near the level of service that Principal Roofing provides.
